CANCELLATION POLICY

U•GLOW CANCELLATION & APPOINTMENT POLICY Your time is reserved exclusively for you. To protect our schedule and ensure availability for all U•Glow clients, the following policy applies to all appointments. $75 Appointment Retainer A $75 retainer is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your next service at U•Glow. Cancellations & Rescheduling — 72 Hours Notice Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 72 hours before your appointment will allow your $75 retainer to remain on your account. You may reschedule your appointment without paying another $75 retainer. Late Cancellation / No-Show Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your appointment, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your $75 retainer. For no-shows or appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice, U•Glow reserves the right to charge the full service price to the card on file.
